Crocheted Viking Hat

This is my kind of project!

I found this pattern for a crocheted Viking hat on Etsy and I love it. It’s a very forgiving pattern because it has four sets of raised stitches (FPDC-- front post double crochets) on each round that help you line up your work and catch mistakes when they are still easy to fix. There aren’t many ways to mess up either-- at most, you have to count 14 stitches at a time.
Not only is this adorable, it’s also quick. And it only uses one ball of yarn for the hat and a little bit of yarn for the horns. Those are giant selling points in my book!

I just bought two more patterns from Mamachee, so stay tuned!
